We want you to love your new eyewear. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unworn and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact (case, box, cleaning cloth, etc.)
  • Tags and protective films must not be removed
  • Items must not show signs of wear or damage

Non-Returnable Items

  • Prescription lenses (custom orders)
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Items without original packaging
  • Items showing signs of use

Refund Timeline

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. Your refund will appear on your original payment method within 5-10 additional business days.

How to Return

Step 1: Contact Us

Email us at returns@luxuryeyewearoutlet.com or call +39 06 689 2818 with your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

We'll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and prepaid shipping label within 24-48 hours.

Step 3: Pack Your Item

Carefully pack your eyewear in the original packaging. Place everything in a sturdy shipping box. Include the RA number inside the package.

Step 4: Ship Your Return

Attach the prepaid label and drop off your package at any authorized shipping location. Keep your tracking receipt.

Step 5: Receive Your Refund

We'll email you once we receive and inspect your return. Your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.

How to Exchange

  1. Contact us with your order number and desired exchange
  2. We'll check availability of your new item
  3. Once confirmed, follow the return process
  4. Your new item ships as soon as we receive your return

Price Differences

  • If your new item costs more, we'll send a payment link for the difference
  • If your new item costs less, we'll refund the difference to your original payment method

Expedited Exchanges

Need your new item faster? We can ship your exchange immediately with a temporary hold on your card. The hold is released once we receive your return.

Damaged Items

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We'll arrange free return shipping and send a replacement or full refund immediately.

Manufacturing Defects

All our eyewear comes with manufacturer warranty. If you discover a defect:

  1. Contact us with your order number and photos of the defect
  2. We'll assess whether it's covered under warranty
  3. Covered items will be replaced or refunded at no cost

What's Covered

  • Loose or broken hinges (not from impact)
  • Coating defects or peeling
  • Frame discoloration
  • Broken nose pads (not from impact)

What's Not Covered

  • Accidental damage or drops
  • Scratches from mishandling
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from improper cleaning
